Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Probity IT Services, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. However, as per our company policy, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on any services once they have been purchased or initiated.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for services are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mobile app design
  • Software development
  • IT consulting
  • Web development
  • Any other services rendered by Probity IT Services

We encourage you to review your order and confirm your decision before making a payment.

2. No Cancellations

Once a service has been scheduled or initiated, cancellations are not permitted. This includes projects, consultations, and any other services provided. We advise that you contact us for clarification or to discuss any concerns prior to committing to the service.

3. Exceptions

In exceptional cases, such as a failure to deliver services as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract, a resolution may be reached on a case-by-case basis. These instances will be reviewed by Probity IT Services, and we may consider alternatives, including but not limited to providing the service at a later date or adjusting the scope of work.
