02 / The Challenge

Information everywhere. A next action hard to find.

Prospects in spreadsheets. Contact research in separate tools. LinkedIn conversations outside the CRM. Follow-ups in calendars, meeting notes in documents, and opportunities in another tracker.

That fragmentation makes communication difficult to trace. Follow-ups can be missed, leads duplicated, and valuable client knowledge lost when a team member leaves. Managers struggle to see how the pipeline is progressing.

Our Goal

A daily workspace that guides BDEs from prospect to customer.

We designed around the person doing the work every day: the Business Development Executive. At every stage, the product needs to answer:

  1. 01 / What happened?
  2. 02 / Where does this prospect stand?
  3. 03 / What should I do next?

03 / Understanding the Journey

The sales lifecycle became the product's foundation.

Before designing screens, we mapped the complete business development lifecycle. Every feature supports a stage of that journey, keeping the experience centered on actual sales work.

    Discover company

04 / The Daily Workspace

An organization-ready workspace. A dashboard built around action.

Organization onboarding

Each company creates its own workspace and defines its sales environment. Team members are invited with roles appropriate to their responsibilities, creating an isolated workspace tailored to the organization.

  • Company information
  • Industry
  • Team size
  • Services offered
  • Target countries
  • Default currency
  • Timezone
  • Sales team
  • User roles and permissions

Start the day with a clear next action

The dashboard brings the work directly to the BDE, surfacing what needs attention as soon as their day begins.

  • Follow-ups due today
  • Overdue follow-ups
  • Today's meetings
  • Newly assigned leads
  • Prospects awaiting action
  • Active opportunities
  • Tasks requiring attention
  • Recent sales activity

05 / Relationship Management

One relationship record. Every interaction in context.

Companies & decision-makers

A company becomes the central relationship record, connecting contacts, leads, activities, meetings, opportunities, and communication history. Multiple decision-makers belong to the same company, keeping stakeholder context together without duplicating the organization.

  • Industry, country, website, and company size
  • Source, tags, qualification, and internal notes
  • Founders, CEOs, CTOs, product leaders, and procurement contacts

Lead qualification

Qualification helps BDEs decide which prospects deserve attention before investing time in outreach. Teams can evaluate fit, buying signals, and potential requirements to prioritize meaningful conversations.

  • Ideal customer profile, geography, industry, and company size
  • Decision-maker availability and service requirements
  • Buying signals, estimated opportunity, and priority

A complete interaction timeline

Every meaningful interaction becomes part of the relationship history. A chronological timeline gives the next team member the context needed to take over an account and understand what happened.

  • LinkedIn connection requests and conversations
  • Emails, calls, WhatsApp interactions, and meetings
  • Internal notes, proposals, client feedback, and status changes

Follow-ups with a next action

Follow-ups are scheduled directly against a prospect. Completing one encourages the BDE to record the outcome and define the next action, creating continuity throughout the sales relationship.

  • Action type, due date, time, and prospect timezone
  • Reminders, priority, and notes
  • Outcome recording and the next follow-up

06 / Opportunity Management

Turn genuine interest into a structured sales opportunity.

From lead to real opportunity

A lead becomes an opportunity when genuine interest or a requirement is identified. This separates prospecting activity from potential revenue and gives the deal a structured pipeline.

  • Service required, requirements, and decision-makers
  • Estimated deal value, currency, budget range, and probability
  • Expected close date, current sales stage, and next action

Discovery & meeting intelligence

Discovery meetings produce structured information that stays connected to the opportunity. Those records support proposal preparation and later project handover.

  • Client pain points, requirements, and technical considerations
  • Budget, timeline, and stakeholders
  • Meeting outcome and next steps

Proposal collaboration

BDEs can request support from proposal and technical teams and follow the proposal's progress. Client feedback and revisions remain attached to the opportunity, preserving context through review and negotiation.

  • Requests for proposal and technical support
  • Preparation, review, approval, and sending
  • Client feedback, revisions, and acceptance or rejection

Closing the loop

Every opportunity receives an outcome. Won deals capture commercial information; lost deals capture the reasons, giving the organization a record it can learn from over time.

  • Final value, closing date, client, and commercial details
  • Pricing, competitor selection, and postponed projects
  • Budget constraints and lack of response
